4- Bring a 30 cm tray and grease it well with butter

  • Then put half the amount of kunafa and distribute it evenly while pressing it into the tray.

5- Place the cream on top of the kunafa and distribute it in the tray.

  • Avoid placing the cream on the edges of the tray. 
  • Then place the remaining part of the kunafa on top of the cream and spread it gently until it covers the cream completely.

 6- Place the tray on the middle rack in a bottom-burning oven 

  • At medium heat for 30 minutes until the sides of the tray are colored in a beautiful golden color. 
  • Then close the oven flame from the bottom and light the oven grill for five minutes until the top of the tray is colored in a beautiful golden color.

 7- Place the cold sherbet on the hot kunafa tray

  • Leave the mixture on the fire until it boils.

The components

  • Half a package of toast bread.
  • Half a cup of peeled pistachios. 
  • Half a cup of grated coconut.
  • Half a cup of peeled almonds. 
  • Half a cup of crushed walnuts. 
  • Five cups of liquid milk. 
  • Half a cup of sugar.
  • Fifty grams of butter at room temperature.
  • Half a teaspoon of liquid vanilla.

 

Garnish ingredients:

  • Crushed Aleppo pistachios, as desired. 
  • Coarsely chopped walnuts, as desired.

 How to prepare

  • Get rid of the edges of the toast slices, and place the slices in a tray.
  •  Distribute coconut, pistachios, almonds, and walnuts on toast.
  • Put the milk, butter, vanilla, and sugar in a pot, and bring the mixture to a boil over the fire.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the toast in the tray. 
  • Place the tray in a hot oven at 200 degrees Celsius for a third of an hour, that is, until the top of the tray turns red.
  • Then, take it out of the oven and leave it to cool for some time. Decorate the top of the tray with crushed pistachios and chopped walnuts, then serve.

The components

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup precise
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 egg
  • A splash of vanilla
  • 1 cup Diameter of any syrup

Steps

  • In a pot on the stove, bring the oil and water to a boil.
  • Add the flour and vanilla all at once and mix the ingredients well. Continue stirring over low heat without stopping until the dough comes together and becomes homogeneous.
  • Remove the dough from the heat, add the eggs and mix well.
  • Place the dough in the halwani’s pocket and form the date palm fingers directly in the oil by pressing the bag.
  • Fry it in hot oil until browned, then remove it from the oil and place it in the cold syrup until it drinks.

Ingredients

  • Rose water: a teaspoon

How to prepare

  • Put the milk and sugar in a pot on the fire and leave it until it boils.
  • Dissolve the starch with a little water and add it gradually to the milk and sugar mixture and stir well until the consistency thickens.
  • Remove the mixture from the heat, then add the rose water and stir a little.
  • Pour the pudding into serving cups, then decorate it with nuts, coconut, and raisins, as desired, then serve it cold.

Ingredients

  • Pistachios: a quarter cup (finely chopped)
  • Walnuts: a quarter cup (finely chopped)
  • Powdered sugar: a tablespoon
  • Almonds: a quarter cup (finely chopped)
  • Raisins: a tablespoon
  • Cinnamon : 1 teaspoon (ground)
  • Ghee: 2 tablespoons
  • Shira: 2 cups (diameter)

How to prepare

  • Mix walnuts, almonds and pistachios in a plate.
  • Add raisins, powdered sugar, and cinnamon and mix well.
  • Stuff the Qatayef balls in an appropriate amount and close them well at the ends.
  • Grease a tray with a little ghee and place the Qatayef pieces, then distribute small pieces of ghee on each piece.
  • Place the tray in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes until browned and cooked.
  • Remove the qatayef from the oven, put it in the cold syrup and hot qatayef, and then serve it.
