To prepare chicken breasts with mushrooms, you will need two essential ingredients: soy sauce and mushrooms. The ingredients

    1/2cup of toasted sesame

 5tablespoons of oil

One kilo of chopped chicken breasts or fillets

 2cloves of minced garlic

 5tablespoons soy sauce

A quarter teaspoon of sugar

 6green onions

 3carrots

 1/4teaspoon pepper

 30grams of mushrooms

 200grams of chopped green beans

  250grams of spaghetti pasta

Method

Mash the chickpeas thoroughly and set them aside. Next, place the chicken breasts in a medium-sized bowl and combine them with a tablespoon of soy sauce. Add the white part of the onion to the chicken and mix well. Set it aside for later use

Soak the mushrooms in warm water to cover them, then slice them. Boil the pasta in a pot, drain the excess water, and set it aside

Cut the beans and carrots into diagonal pieces, and slice the remaining onions into circles and rings. In a pot, add a tablespoon of oil and stir-fry the mushrooms and onions over medium heat for two minutes. Set them aside in the pot

Add another tablespoon of oil, then add the beans and carrots to it, and stir for five minutes

Pour three tablespoons of soy sauce, garlic, pepper, sugar, and sesame oil into the mixture

Put the mushrooms and onions back into the bowl and stir until they become soft. Then, add a tablespoon of oil to the bowl and stir the chicken in it until it turns brown

Add a tablespoon of soy sauce and mix thoroughly, then take out the chicken breasts from the bowl. Pour two tablespoons of oil and add the pasta to soak up the chicken juices

Serve the pasta in a serving dish and top it with chicken and vegetables. Finally, sprinkle some sesame seeds, soy sauce, and onion rings on top
