Put the chicken inside the mixture.

Then we let it rest for a whole night or for at least two hours to absorb the seasoning. And we put it in the refrigerator. We put a frying pan dipped in oil over a medium heat to heat up. In another dish, we put half a spoonful of turmeric, half a spoonful of cumin, half a spoonful of hot red pepper, half a spoonful of black pepper. In another dish, put coarsely ground cornflakes or crushed dried bread.
